👍 Scope of the job

Our Sales team plays a crucial role in managing relationships with some of the world's largest brands in the industry.

As our reach continues to expand, we are looking for a Client Operations Specialist to support our Sales Account Managers in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

The Client Operations Specialist will be a key player in ensuring smooth operations, providing analytical support, and facilitating communication between our sales team and other internal departments.

✔️ What You'll Do

  • Support Sales Account Managers with reporting and analytics
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and problem resolution
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure seamless integration between sales operations and financial processes
  • Identify operational issues and propose potential solutions
  • Assist in preparing regular performance reports for clients
  • Help maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Attending conferences worldwide, meetings, and industry events

Job requirements

  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Portuguese
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
