👩‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating closely with Developers, Designers, and Product Managers to design and deliver seamless, high-impact user experiences.

• Implementing intuitive and accessible design solutions across a wide range of digital products.

• Leveraging AI-powered tools and features to optimize interfaces, user flows, and frontend performance.

• Building, testing, and maintaining scalable components and features, ensuring code quality and long-term maintainability.

• Identifying and solving complex technical challenges during the product development lifecycle.

• Monitoring performance and proactively working on improvements to ensure reliability, speed, and accessibility.

• Staying ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices in frontend development, including design systems, performance optimization, and AI integration.

🧠 Your Attitude & Background

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in modern web development

• Based in Portugal (remote-friendly within the country)

• Proficient in ReactJS, TailwindCSS, and TypeScript

• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and pre-processors like SASS or LESS

• Experienced with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue (Next.js is a plus)

• Skilled in integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON/XML data formats

• Comfortable working from wireframes, mockups, and design systems

• Experienced with Figma and translating designs into pixel-perfect code

• Proficient with version control tools, especially Git

• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working independently in fast-paced remote environments

• Open to experimenting with emerging AI tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor)

• Motivated to stay current with trends in web development, UI/UX, and AI

• Portfolio, GitHub, side projects, or open-source contributions are welcome
