👩‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating closely with Developers, Designers, and Product Managers to design and deliver seamless, high-impact user experiences.

• Implementing intuitive and accessible design solutions across a wide range of digital products.

• Leveraging AI-powered tools and features to optimize interfaces, user flows, and frontend performance.

• Building, testing, and maintaining scalable components and features, ensuring code quality and long-term maintainability.

• Identifying and solving complex technical challenges during the product development lifecycle.

• Monitoring performance and proactively working on improvements to ensure reliability, speed, and accessibility.

• Staying ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices in frontend development, including design systems, performance optimization, and AI integration.

🧠 Your Attitude & Background

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with modern web development.

• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and pre-processors like SASS or LESS.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with frameworks such as React or Vue. Familiarity with Next.js is a plus.

• Skilled in consuming and integrating APIs, with a solid grasp of data flow and state management.

• Comfortable working from wireframes, mockups, and design systems, collaborating closely with designers.

• Experience with design tools like Figma, and a keen eye for detail when translating designs into code.

• Strong communication skills, able to clearly explain technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Motivated to stay current with trends in web development, UI/UX, and AI technologies.

• Portfolio that showcases both professional and personal projects, GitHub, side projects, or open-source contributions are welcome.

• Ability to balance usability, aesthetics, and performance in every deliverable.

  
  

🛠 Must-Have Skills

• Based in Portugal (remote-friendly within the country).

• Proficient in ReactJS, TailwindCSS, and TypeScript.

• Solid understanding of how to interact with RESTful APIs and data formats such as JSON and XML.

• Proficient in using version control tools, especially Git.

• Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) to accelerate development, troubleshoot code, and increase productivity.

• Open-minded and curious about integrating emerging AI workflows into daily development tasks, ranging from code generation and debugging to documentation.
