Alts Digital is a profitable, fast-growing company, 100% remote, that specializes in acquiring new customers for top companies within the iGaming, Financial Services, and Crypto sectors.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to join our expanding design team. As our Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product’s visuals as well as our company communications through various types of design initiatives which serve to elevate our user experience to new heights. This role is highly cross functional, as you will be working with a multinational team of talented people from different areas.

👍 Scope of the job

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand stakeholder’s needs, and translate them into amazing designs.
• Ideate on design solutions based on feedback, usability testing, and data insights to continuously improve our product experience.
• Maintain a consistent design language and ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
• Support business operations objectives and facilitate cross-functional support goals.

🧠 Your attitude & background

• 2+ years of proven graphic designing experience
• Expertise with design software and technologies.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong project management and time management capabilities to support business objectives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to convey complex concepts and text into easy-to-understand visual representations
