We’re currently looking for a Paid Channels Manager to join our Loans team, which focuses on the Portuguese financial market — helping thousands of users find better credit solutions every month.

✔️ What You'll Do

  • Build, optimize, and scale large-budget campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging ad platforms.

  • Take full ownership of paid channels, from strategy and execution to analysis and reporting.

  • Use AI-powered tools to optimize campaigns, automate budget allocation, and identify performance patterns.

  • Leverage AI and low-code platforms to launch and test new landing pages autonomously, capturing opportunities in real time.

  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and ensure sustainable growth.

  • Continuously analyze performance data, applying advanced segmentation, predictive analytics, and A/B testing to uncover growth insights.

  • Apply CRO and funnel optimization methodologies to improve user conversion rates.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify strategic scaling opportunities.

  • Explore and test new channels and formats (e.g., TikTok, Reddit, Quora, Native, Programmatic) to diversify acquisition sources.

  • Contribute to cross-channel initiatives, integrating paid media with SEO, affiliate, and other marketing strategies.

Job requirements

🧠 Your attitude & background

  • 5+ years of experience managing and scaling performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads; experience with other paid ecosystems is a strong plus.

  • Proven ability to manage large budgets independently, ensuring efficiency and ROI.

  • Experience using AI or automation tools to optimize performance or generate insights.

  • Strong understanding of CRO, user journeys, and funnel optimization.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and attribution tracking.

  • Familiarity with low-code or AI-based web tools for landing page creation and rapid testing.

  • Curiosity to explore emerging platforms and advertising formats beyond traditional paid media.

  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and driven by measurable impact.

  • A growth-oriented mindset, combining creativity, experimentation, and data discipline.

  • Interest in personal finance and motivation to make complex financial topics more accessible will be valued.
