👍 Scope of the job

• Partner closely with Product Management and Design to define and deliver on our strategic roadmap, advocating for iterative, customer-driven product development.
• Understand and analyze technical requirements, and lead the preparation and execution of a test plan, based on manual and automated procedures.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and devise a systematic approach for the execution and upkeep of these plans.
• Establish team practices and processes to foster a high-performing QA operation.
• Drive continuous improvement in the QA team’s code, architecture, and processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain alignment with other team managers and facilitate effective communication throughout the organization
• “Deep diving” into our products, technology, and culture
• A proactive attitude in approaching UI/UX best practices.
  • Actively advocate UI/UX best practices to improve user satisfaction and overall product quality.

🧠 Your attitude & background

• 4+ years of experience as QA Engineer
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks for test automation;
• Experience in backend testing of Web-based applications
• Experience in software testing frameworks
  • Javascript: (Vitest, Jest, etc)
  • Python (Behave, Lettuce, Robot, etc)
• Experience in using Playwright (preferred), Selenium, or Cypress;
• Experience with API testing (nice to have)
• Professional experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (nice to have)
• Experience in programming languages such as PHP, MySQL, or Javascript (nice to have)
