👩‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating closely with Developers, Designers, and Product Managers to deliver engaging and high-performing user experiences.

• Helping to create a fantastic user experience by implementing design across our diverse range of products.

• Developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining both new features and existing code.

• Ensuring high performance, availability, and reliable technical implementation.

• Solving technical challenges related to new feature development.

• Staying up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in design and development.
  

🧠 Your Attitude & Background

• At least 5 years of development experience using web technologies.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and pre-processors like SASS or LESS, as well as experience with design tools such as Figma.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React or Vue); experience with Next.js is a plus.

• Solid experience integrating APIs, with a strong understanding of how to connect and interact with data sources.

• Comfortable collaborating with designers and working from wireframes, mockups, and design systems.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in bringing product visions to life.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Self-driven and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Passion for staying at the forefront of platforms, methodologies, and web trends.

• A personal portfolio that goes beyond professional work (we’d love to see your GitHub or contributions to side projects).

• Ability to balance functional and aesthetic aspects of design.

🛠 Must-Have Skills

• Based in Portugal (remote-friendly within the country).

• Proficient in ReactJS, TailwindCSS, and TypeScript.

• Solid understanding of how to interact with RESTful APIs and data formats such as JSON and XML.

• Proficient in using version control tools, especially Git.

• Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) to accelerate development, troubleshoot code, and increase productivity.

• Open-minded and curious about integrating emerging AI workflows into daily development tasks, ranging from code generation and debugging to documentation.
