We're on the lookout for a passionate UX/UI Designer dedicated to crafting user-centric products that empower our users to make informed decisions in our industries. Your role is pivotal—your Figma designs will not only fuel our strategic conversations but also drive our development sprints forward.

👍 Scope of the job

• Design wireframes, screens and prototypes using Figma and FigJam
• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Apply our brand’s design system & recommend/enhance new components
• Analyze & apply feedback from Product management team (which includes user feedback)
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability)
• Consult with our team to understand goals
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers & product leaders
• Manage & prioritize a queue of work projects

✔️ We'll be thrilled if you have

• 3+ years experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, FigJam and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding and ability to incorporate analytics design principles and standard processes.
• Previous experience in a senior role within a design team, demonstrating the ability to mentor designers, lead design projects, and collaborate across departments.
• Proven track record of successfully leading design projects from concept to completion, demonstrating the ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
